Outage Reporting
All service requests will be answered within 24 to 48 hours. Please leave one request only, as multiple requests may cause a delay in servicing. Our service department retrieves all messages throughout the day and will not call customers back unless necessary. Before completing service request, please make sure all power is working and lights are plugged in. If all lights are out, please check your GFI as it may need to be reset which is not covered under warranty. Make sure you fill the form out completely along with a detailed message of the service issue. Please contact customer service for any other inquires. All service-related issues not covered by warranty will be billed at 75 dollars per hour plus replacement parts.
